Rack washers have been added to a line of cleaning equipment for the baking and meat processing industries. In response to HACCP regulations, the rack washer aids food processing plants in avoiding build-up of dirt and bacteria on racks. It also cuts down on the possibility of cross-contamination within the plant. The stainless steel washer is capable of cleaning 25 racks an hour.
