TheD900checkweigher incorporates a 32-bit processor system and an integral PC microcontroller to handle all weighing, control and reject functions at line speeds up to 700 packages per minute. It also has a full -color graphic display and a user-friendly, interactive menu structure, and is packed in a watertight NEMA 4X-rated stainless steel enclosure. The system is capable of providing basic and advanced production statistics, loading set-up data for up to 100 products and communicating with external data collecting systems. It can be tailored to specific customer requirements using standard parts.
