The Chemineer SC-3 Impeller produces flow characteristics of larger impellers without the added weight or loss in pumping efficiency, according to the manufacturer. Its reduced weight allows for the use of longer shaft extensions for deeper tanks and resolves associated critical speed limitations. Constructed of carbon steel or 316 stainless steel, the Impeller features one piece or bolted 3-blade designs depending on minimum opening requirements.
