The Terlet multi-functional food production line incorporates bottom drive vessels, pneumatic tip-out vessels, and Terlotherm SSHE units. The flexible, automated line can produce a variety of recipes. The processing vessels offer patented mixing designs that achieve intensive mixing for a more homogenized product and deliver cooking and cooling without damage to ingredients, says the company. The units are intended to provide full access, hygienic designs, pressure/vacuum execution and full tip out.
