Fortress says its Phantom metal detection systems provide highly accurate, on-line detection of products and packaging contaminated with ferrous and non-ferrous tramp metal including stainless steel. The units are available in a range of custom-sized rectangular, pipeline and gravity-fed apertures. Capable of programming and running multiple detector heads from a single interface, the systems also feature automatic set-up, multiple-product changeovers, compensation for product affect and modular electronics.
