The Toftejorg SaniJet 25 sanitary tank-cleaning device from Alfa Laval is completely self cleaning and self draining. Designed for permanent installation, it is a media-driven rotary jet head that cleans in a 360-degree indexed pattern. This provides improved jet definition for high impact and complete coverage, says the company. It is suitable for use in fermentation, mixing, processing and storage tanks and vessels ranging between 4,000 and 40,000 USG. It works in highly viscous, foaming or thrixotropic applications. All contact surfaces are either 316L stainless steel or FDA-approved materials.
