Interroll says its pallet drive conveyor system is a compact, space-saving and maintenance-free driven conveyor featuring the design of a gravity roller conveyor. The pallet drive conveyor kits include two pallet drives and five gravity conveyor rollers. The drives are mounted in brackets with rubber inlays so they are higher than the gravity conveyor rollers. The pallet presses the pallet drives down to the level of the transporting gravity conveyor rollers so the weight of the pallet is evenly distributed and the item being conveyed is constantly in contact with the pallet drives during transport. The drives have a diameter of 113 mm and are combined with the series 1450 heavy-duty conveyor rollers with a diameter of 89 mm. Allowing speeds up to 50 fpm, the pallet drive kit has a load capacity of 3,000 lbs.
