Chlorine analyzer



With minimal maintenance requirements and no reagent consumption, Endress+Hauser's free chlorine analyzer offers users low overall cost of ownership, and the fastest possible response time to allow tide process control. By compensating with a pH sensor, the chlorine analyzer achieves a faster response time than systems using reagents to condition a sample. The analyzer uses a flow cell instead of sampling tubes that tend to clog. Therefore, accurate and reliable process control is achieved, along with savings of up to 15 percent in chemical costs for chlorination and dechlorination. In the water market, the CCS 140 sensor aids in meeting EPA requirements regarding chlorination limits for water well disinfection. In wastewater applications, the devise helps monitor discard limits at treatment plants.
