The IEDCOPack transfer and batch system is designed to transfer most powders from a drum and batch them into a pouch or other container. The self-contained system eliminates the dust containment, ergonomic, safety and quality issues associated with manual scooping and weighing operations, says the company. The absence of moving parts, bearings and motors should result in low maintenance and easy cleaning. Each IEDCOPack consists of a support stand, pneumatic vacuum transfer system with feed nozzle, surge hopper and feeder, fill head, scale and control panel.
