Signametrics Multi-Functional Digital Multimeter, the 7-1/2 digit SMX2064, includes a function generator capable of sourcing pulses and sine waves up to 20V p-p. It can generate pulses in a burst of up to 60,000 pulses or a continuous signal with 1 us resolution. It can also generate sine waves from 1Hz to 200kHz with 2mHz resolution. Along with a function generator, the unit features a DC and AC voltage generator, current generator and frequency counter.
