Microbial-Vac’s wet-vacuum collection system utilizes liquid and air-assisted microbial detachment and capture principles to collect samples, typically from 1 to 2 sq. ft. of surface area per sample in 100 to 150ml of liquid. Reducing materials needed for sampling, lab processing and detection, the system can be used to collect pathogens from rinds, carpets, meat carcasses and other common surfaces.
