Cyclonaire’s CB series blend conveyors batch and blend two or more flowing powdered, granular or pelletized dry bulk solids with similar characteristics or bulk density, and processes dry bulk food products. Fitted with multiple inlets, the conveyors blend solids from different sources, such as a bulk bag unloader or bag dump station, using programmed ratios by weight for high-batch accuracy. Average material transport velocity can be maintained between 50 and 800 fpm, depending on the application.
