It includes a frame constructed of 304 stainless steel tubing fabricated to eliminate product debris build-up areas; pitched surfaces to prevent liquid pooling; continuous, polished welds; electrical controls and bearings consistent with sanitary design principles; and a NEMA 4X rating to withstand harsh washdown conditions.
