Roto-Disc’s interlock control system for its inflatable seal Roto-Flate valve creates a hard link between inflation of the seal and rotation of the valve, allowing one signal to open the valve and another to close it. Intended for pressure or vacuum processing environments requiring bubble-tight sealing, the Roto-Flate valve can be used for filling reactors or vacuum dryer discharge or as a shut-off or isolation valve in dense-base pneumatic conveying systems. The valve is available with 3 to 24-in. inlet port sizes and in a variety of materials.
