Designed for multi-product applications, CEIA’s THS/3F detector utilizes 3 detection frequencies to identify metal contaminants in a variety of products. The detector automatically selects the optimal frequency band for each product using an auto-learn process. Trending software then adjusts for product variations that create product effect conditions. Sensitive to all magnetic and nonmagnetic metals, including stainless steel, the detector uses digital signal processing to prevent interference from 2-way radios, motors and other RFI devices. Fully HACCP-compliant, the detector is available with an IP69K washdown rating.
