Suitable for weighing up to 60 bags or boxes of poultry and red meat products per minute, depending on unit size, new checkweigher systems offer a box unit capacity up to 50 lbs. Designed to withstand most processing environments, the checkweighers are constructed of heavy-duty type 304 stainless-steel tubing and feature a hermetically-sealed loadcell design with eight-point overload protection and a NEMA 4 controller enclosure. Hardware and software packages can be custom configured, and plastic belting enhances sanitation. The systems can be integrated seamlessly with existing poultry production operations.
