The InnoPET Blomax Series IV is capable of producing up to 72,000 plastic bottles per hour. Featuring a modular design, it can be equipped with four to 36 blow stations. Blow stations are staggered on the blowing wheel and are only opened on one side, allowing more blow stations to be integrated onto one blowing wheel. The system manufactures bottle sizes ranging from 0.2 to 2.0 liters and can accommodate custom sizes. Preforms are heated using near infrared radiation (NIR), and the stretching process is servo-motor-driven.
