IMS interface modules feature a low-profile and are UL-listed for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D hazardous locations. The 6.2-mm-wide modules provide galvanic isolation, resisting electrical interference and noise in plant environments, with signal conditioning for new or retrofit hazardous area installations. The modules can be used for analog signal transmission or for temperature detection with signal conditioning. Analog modules featuring DIP switches allow users to select either a dead-zero or live-zero signal for input or output. One and two channel analog modules are also available with or without signal conditioning.
