The spray controller ensures the proper volume of antimicrobial is delivered; a SprayCheck sensor verifies application. Changes in shot sizes and timing intervals can be preprogrammed. The systems operate unattended with alarms that notify workers when the systems detect a problem that cannot be solved automatically. The systems can be integrated into existing production lines with mounting options for precise nozzle positioning.
