Accommodating different containers and filling processes including nonhazardous and hazardous products, the Alliance/Rice Lake single-drum filling station features a leak-proof, hydrostatically balanced filling valve, intrinsically safe pneumatic linear drive and quick-disconnect lance assembly. It has up to 10 screens that can be programmed to change with each fill process, and provides legal-for-trade weighing. Easily integrated into existing computer networks, the user-programmable controller communicates with PCs, scanners and other peripheral devices. It can fill up to 60 55-gallon drums/hr.
