Seafood packaging
Cryovac Darfresh10K and CryovacLID1050S packaging for fresh and frozen seafood meet FDA oxygen permeability requirements. The Darfresh10K 3-dimensional breathable vacuum packaging has a second skin appearance and is freezer ready. LID1050S breathable, multiple-layer lidding film achieves an oxygen transfer rate at or above the FDA-mandated 10,000 OTR for fresh seafood, allowing processors to prepackage product without using modified atmosphere packaging. It remains fog free even during refrigeration, and features a flat top and clean perimeter edges. Strong hermetic seals create a virtually leakproof, case-ready package.
