The Heat and Control MasterTherm prepared foods fryer uniformly fries battered, breaded and uncoated poultry, meat, seafood and vegetable products, and can be used to brown deli loaves; models are available for snack foods. The unit’s thermal fluid heat exchanger uses a series of longitudinal 2-pass U-tubes to maintain temperature uniformity across the fryer’s width and length.
