Fully 3A compliant, Alfa Laval SaniMidget, SaniMagnum and SaniMega rotary spray tank cleaning devices clean a range of dairy tank shapes and sizes up to 60,000 gal., from large milk receiving silos to custom fluid milk or cheese vats. Each device rotates on a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) slide bearing to create low-flow, pulsating fans of CIP solution in a 270° or 360° pattern. The devices are self cleaning and self draining, have very few parts and are assembled without any welds. A 1-clip assembly allows easy installation, disassembly and inspection.
