The Bosch TFC thermoforming clean-fill machine is engineered for fresh products and foods requiring a cooling chain such as yogurts and desserts. It produces multiple cup and label heights without tool changes. The cylindrical thermoforming mold can be automatically adjusted and then synchronized with the wraparound labeling system that features a central cutting blade, allowing operators to adjust sizes by changing the label reel. The system consistently positions the labels so the front is always facing the outside of a multipack. The clean-fill machine has a step-shaped frame, allowing operators of any height to reach all areas for cleaning and maintenance.
