Buhler Aeroglide AeroPro control packages enhance the energy efficiency and performance of ovens, dryers, coolers, toasters and roasters by monitoring and optimizing thermal equipment operating conditions. Based on operational requirements and customer preference, the packages include PLC panels, PC-based controls, push-button relay panels and burner supervisory panels. Energy data is displayed on an operator interface screen; a warning alarm sounds when efficiency goes outside of design ranges. The automation systems are suitable for a variety of hardware and software platforms and can be integrated with existing plant-wide operating systems.
