The PPM Technologies PFS pellet frying system uniformly fries pellet snacks from rings to screws to 3-dimensional potato/starch based products. It has a state-of-the-art frying wheel design that compartmentalizes each pellet for precisely controlled frying and an adjustable frying time of 5 to 45 seconds. Available in 3 sizes with outputs from 100 to 500kg/hr., the system features 87 liters of oil capacity, allowing turnover rates of 2 to 3 hr. An advanced controller maintains and controls oil temperature.
