The Clear Lam direct-fill, high-barrier deli platter eliminates the need to prepackage individual food components in bags; food items are directly loaded into the platter’s cavities. A flip-style design and multilayer plastic make the contents visible. The platter is hermetically sealed with lidding film, followed by the application of a black base. The platter is used for party and snack trays featuring cheese, meat and other refrigerated food items.
