The Graham Packaging high-clarity, 24-oz. hot-fill polyethylene terephthalate jar for food applications has a 63mm, round, wide mouth. Its monolayer PET barrier technology features a scavenger that absorbs oxygen passing through the side walls, extending product shelf life. The material distribution of the standing ring and heel make the jar resistant to dents and vacuum creasing; the ribs help the jar resist ovalization during the cooling period that follows hot filling. A stacking feature allows 1 container to be stacked on top of another on the retail shelf.
