Designed for reduced secondary packaging applications that require gentle handling, Intelligrated Alvey 950 series hybrid palletizers combine robotic arms with a conventional high-speed palletizer to increase pattern flexibility. The palletizers feature an on-board, hoist-mounted stretch bander that reduces or eliminates the need for tie sheets and stretch wrapping to stabilize otherwise unstable loads. An integrated control system allows the palletizers and their robotic arms to operate from a single PLC.
