Certified by the National Type Evaluation Program, the Thayer Scale Model NAR conveyor belt scale provides -/+0.125% accuracy in applications requiring commercial certification for billing purposes. The weigh bridge features a rocking flexure suspension in the approach-retreat configuration. The single load cell is isolated from the effects of extraneous lateral forces, off-center loading, foundation distortion, inclination hold-back forces and high sporadic shocks and overloads. Tare load is mass-counterbalanced to create a signal-to-noise ratio in weight sensing. The scale has a 4-, 6- or 8-idler design; 24- to 96-in. width; and a maximum capacity of 10,200 TPH.
