The Frigoscandia GYRoCOMPACT M10 tight curve spiral freezer has a fully seam-welded, 15-ft. 9-in. wide enclosure box that allows for an optional steam-in-freezer sanitation system. The design of the fan-driven air balance tunnel minimizes the amount of moisture entering the spiral through the infeed and outfeed openings. The freezer features a hygienic coil design, FRIGoBELT conveyor and 42-in. wide tight curve belt. A self-stacking stainless steel belt and internal clean-in-place system enable automatic cleaning.
