The Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI) announced registration is open for its SQF Information Day series, with the first event to be held April 18 in Chicago, IL. The day-long seminars will introduce food suppliers to the benefits of food safety and quality certification. SQF Information Day attendees will learn about the SQF certification program, receive critical updates on food safety certification issues such as the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and collaborate with peers in their industry. The conference is open to retailers, food producers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, food safety experts, consultants and government officials from food safety programs.
