The Unitronics UniStream control platform features dual CPUs (with scan times up to 2,048 I/Os over 2MB of operand memory), a range of HMI touch panels, and local and remote I/O installation; users select their preferred HMI and snap on a CPU and preferred I/Os to create an all-in-one controller. The platform enables building a library of user-defined function blocks and HMI screens that can be imported into any new project and shared with others. It supports RS485, CANopen, UniCAN, and serial and Ethernet Modbus. USB hosts and serial ports support external devices such as modems, printers and barcode readers.
