Glass Onion Catering of Richmond, CA is recalling approximately 181,620 pounds of ready-to-eat salads and sandwich wrap products due to concerns over possible E. Coli contamination. The products were produced between Septepmber 23 and November 6, 2013, and distributed to Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Washington and Utah. FSIS began to monitor a cluster of E. Coli illnesses on October 29, 2013, and was notified on November 6 by California authorities and FDA that case-patients had eaten pre-packaged salads with grilled chicken.
