The Formax PowerMax slicing system features an independent drive system that adjusts to small variations within each log of beef, poultry, pork, fish and other food products. A power scanner uses proactive weighing and scanning to create a 3-D image of naturally and irregularly shaped products before they enter the slicer, while the safety laser scanner minimizes the number of physical guards to provide an open machine design. High-chromium alloy blades resist shattering and are available in a range of profiles, angles and edge serrations.
