Seal inspection system

The PTI Airborne Ultrasound Seal-Sensor drop-in online pouch seal inspection system is compatible with a range of material types, including Tyvek, paper, foil, aluminum, plastic and laminated. A linear scan analysis of a seal area is produced in seconds, detecting channel defects and misaligned, incomplete and missing seals. The system also inspects for wrinkles, contamination, inclusion, delamination and blisters.
