Continuously moving pans at high rates of speed, the Hinds-Bock 12-piston, orbital, all-servo-driven industrial depositor deposits flowable batters for muffins, cupcakes, cakes and cheesecakes, with or without particulates. It achieves speeds in excess of 1,000 units/min., depending on pan configuration, deposit size and batter viscosity. The depositor features positive shutoff spouts and does not require compressed air for power.
