Suitable for up- or downstream installation to conduct trials, the TERLET-OMVE HT 220 Combo Unit with direct steam injection includes an HTST/UHT processor and onboard, built-in steam boiler. The unit heats and/or cools a variety of dairy products, sauces and concentrates with high viscosities and small particulates. Process trending overview and data logging are stored on a USB stick. Additional modules such as de-aeration and sterile filling can be added.
