FPSA weighs in against mandatory supplier testingThe Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) has released the slate of speakers who will be presenting at the bakery breakout sessions during the 2015 FPSA Annual Conference.

This year’s conference will be held in Carlsbad, California from March 18-20.

The bakery track of sessions will feature presentations from Ellen Drewett of Nestle, Cole Lewis of Steven Robert’s Original Desserts and Ronnie Elrod and Marty Nash of Dave’s Killer Bread. Topics will include pilot plant installation and equipment safety, selling solutions to innovation-driven producers and a management philosophy of providing second chances in hiring, according to FPSA.

“Our industry-specific tracks are an integral part of the FPSA Annual Conference educational program,” said David Seckman, FPSA president and CEO. “During these sessions, our attendees have an opportunity to really dig down deep into the markets that are most important to them, not just while hearing from distinguished food processors but also during the roundtable sessions where we tackle issues that are of critical concern to suppliers and their customers.”

Registration for the 2015 FPSA Annual Conference is now open on-line at www.fpsa.org.
