Label check station
The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision label check station prints and verifies labels automatically at rates up to 500/min.; it can print labels that provide batch or other product-specific information. The station includes a printing module with a thermal transfer printer, a high-resolution camera and a reject system. Capable of processing a variety of label formats, it automatically adjusts to the current line speed as necessary. The station integrates into existing production lines and is available as a compact tabletop solution.
