Projecting nearly 325,000 combined net square feet of exhibit space, the co-located PROCESS EXPO, International Dairy Show and InterBev Process is shaping up to be the largest in the event’s history.

By combining the three shows, this year’s event will be a one-stop shop featuring more than 1,000 exhibitors. The show is expected to attract more than 20,000 attendees.  Held at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, this year’s event will run from Tuesday, September 15 through Friday, September 18.

The biennial PROCESS EXPO tradeshow traditionally draws attendees from more than 75 countries representing all markets of the food and beverage industry. At this year’s event, attendees will be able to network and view the latest processing technologies. The show will feature exhibitors that provide processing and packaging solutions throughout the entire cross-section of the food and beverage industry including meat, seafood, poultry, dairy, bakery, prepared foods, beverage and confectionery.

The event will include the return of the PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY, an educational component the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) debuted in 2013. The free programs will include more than 35 hours of educational sessions conducted by academics from 15 of North America’s leading universities. They will address critical topics across all segments of the food and beverage industry such as:

  • Ultraviolet Light Applications for Preservation and Purification of Heat-sensitive Beverages
