The Graco InvisiPac Tank-Free hot melt delivery system for the food and beverage industry has an integrated vacuum feed with an ultrasonic sensor, tank-free melter, heated hoses, an applicator and process control technology. The vacuum feed system automatically pulls adhesive from a drum or bulk container based on the application’s real-time demand, while an intuitive user interface tracks adhesive consumption and features a single screen view of all heat zone temperatures. The system operates with a variety of adhesive forms such as chicklets, pellets and pastilles. It provides USB-downloadable operating data, errors and event history.
