T&E Meats will expand its meat processing facility in Harrisonburg, VA, creating seven additional jobs. The expansion is valued at $600,000.

Nellson LLC, a nutrition bar and powder provider, plans to relocate its Irwindale, CA operation to a new $40-50 million facility in Ontario, CA. The 300,000-sq.-ft. facility will include segregated production lines, packaging capabilities and an R&D lab.

Dot Foods is expanding its facility in Williamsport, MD, adding 100 jobs to its roster. The $35-million, two-phase project will begin in the spring of 2017 with a truck maintenance facility. Phase 2 begins in the spring of 2018 at the company’s existing warehouse facility and will increase refrigerated warehouse space by 100,000 sq. ft.

ColdPoint Logistics broke ground on a new cold storage facility with rail capabilities in Kansas City, KS. The facility will have capacity for up to 3.4 million sq. ft.

Vital Farms, provider of pasture-raised eggs, broke ground on a new 82,000-sq.-ft. processing facility in Springfield, MO, adding 50 new jobs.

Kellogg is expanding its Cary, MI snack food plant, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Additional line expansions will be completed in 2017.

Duke Food Productions, maker of dips, sandwich spreads and desserts, will build a new $10 million, 110,000-sq.-ft. production facility in Bonham, TX.
