Three new mixers for producing and mixing instant coffee and cappuccino with chocolate chips provide unique mixing action and very high accuracy in mixing, says Forberg, the manufacturer. The mixers offer 200 liters nominal filling volume and are produced according to 3-A sanitary standards. Product is weighed into a pre-bin above the mixer and is filled into the mixer through an opening in the top. The mixing action lasts for a maximum of 60 seconds and then the product is discharged into a bin. Total cycle time is less than 2 minutes, providing a mixing capacity of 6m3/hr.
