Urschel’s compact DiversaCut Sprint dicer accepts a variety of vegetables, fruits and meat up to 6.5 in. in any dimension. It produces flat or crinkle slices, strip cuts and dices up to one inch. Its combination of a built-in circular knife support assembly, crosscut spindle and insert slicing knife simplifies switching from one cut to another. The drive train is completely isolated from the product zone to eliminate contamination; a rounded tube frame reduces soil collection surface areas.
