A-B-C's Model 72A case palletizer occupies 163 sq. ft. of floor space, including the pallet dispenser. Construction includes a heavy-gauge steel frame with counterweights operating within the side towers to counterbalance the weight of a fully loaded elevator table. The transfer table is designed with independently operating steel rollers to accommodate heavy cases, shrink-wrapped products or industrial bags. The control system includes an industrial grade operator panel that provides an easy-to-follow set-up routine, on-screen diagnostics, preventative maintenance messages and more. Changeover requires simple selections at the touchscreen panel, so no tools or mechanical adjustments are needed.
