Intralox Inc. introduced a new small-pitch Flush Grid belt for beverage container warmers, coolers, accumulation tables, palletizers and depalletizers. The belt’s 1-inch pitch facilitates tight transfers and allows the use of live transfers to prevent container stranding.
The Slidelox headless rod retention system provides fully flush belt edges and prevents rod migration while still allowing easy rod removal and reuse if needed. The 0.5-inch thick belt is suited for wide applications carrying heavy loads up to 1800 lb/ft. Rugged lug tooth split sprockets add durability.
