Sifter Parts & Service’s Model CS-1 gyratory stacked deck sifter allows quick screen change outs-whether a screen needs replacement due to a tear in the screen cloth, a change in mesh specifications or product changes. With the use of only standard hand tools, screen inserts can easily be changed within minutes. There is no glue, drying time or tensioning machine required to replace screens on the unit. The sifter provides from two to four separations of dry product from 1/4-in. in size down to 400 mesh with a capacity of 50,000 pounds per hour.
