Incorporated into the Siemens Simatic S7-1200 compact controller, Siemens high-density analog and temperature I/O modules offer twice the number of channels per module in the same standard expansion module case size. The SM 1231 series 8-channel analog input module supports industry-standard uni-polar 0-10VDC, 0-5VDC, 0-20mA and bi-polar +/- 5VDC, +/-2.5VDC input signals. The SM 1232 series 4-channel analog output module supports both 0-10VDC and 0-20mA output signals. The TC 4-channel thermocouple temperature input module supports 7 thermocouple sensor types and +/-80mv input signals.
