Conforma Clad announced the appointment of Mike Harlan as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Rick Horan, who has been Conforma Clad's President and Chief Executive Officer since 1996, will continue as CEO and assume the additional duties of Chairman. Mr. Horan will continue his close involvement with the company as CEO while Mike Harlan assumes operating responsibility for Conforma Clad.

Viggo Nielsen was named an at-large member of the International Association of Food Industry Suppliers (IAFIS) Board of Directors. Nielsen is Managing Director of Lake Geneva, Wis.-based Tetra Pak Hoyer. Nielsen's term expires in 2003. As Managing Director of Tetra Pak Hoyer, Nielsen is responsible for the marketing, sales and service of the company's line of ice cream processing and packaging equipment in North America.
